Introduction<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p1\">Le Bien a Dit is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation committed to the fight against sickle cell anaemia and autoimmune diseases. Our mission is to improve living conditions for patients, raise public awareness, conduct research and support families. To carry out our work, we rely on the generosity of our donors.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework for the donations we receive, guarantee transparency and strengthen the trust of our partners and donors.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #ff5f6b;\"><strong>2. Types of donation accepted<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Le Bien a Dit accepts the following donations:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Financial donations: by bank transfer, credit card, cheque or cash (within legal limits).<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Material donations: medical equipment, basic necessities, awareness-raising materials, etc.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Donations of services or skills: skills sponsorship, voluntary professional services.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Regular or one-off donations: at the donor's convenience.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff5f6b;\"><strong>3. Use of donations<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">The donations collected are allocated in a transparent manner to the following actions:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Raising awareness and educating people about sickle cell anaemia and autoimmune diseases.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Support for patients and their families (psychological, social and medical support).<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Funding medical research.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Organisation of events, screening campaigns and advocacy work.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Operating costs related to the management of the NGO in accordance with the principle of efficiency.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Le Bien a Dit undertakes not to misuse the funds allocated and to respect the wishes of donors in the case of donations earmarked for a specific project.<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff5f6b;\"><strong>4. Transparency and traceability<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Each donation is acknowledged. An annual activity report and financial statement are available on request or published on our official channels. They enable all donors to check how the funds have been used.<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff5f6b;\">5. Donor confidentiality<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Le Bien a Dit respects the confidentiality of its donors' personal and financial information. No information is sold, rented or shared with third parties without explicit consent.<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff5f6b;\">6. Acknowledging donations<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Unless otherwise requested, donors may be mentioned in our publications (website, social networks, annual reports) to thank them for their commitment.<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff5f6b;\">7. Refusal of donations<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Le Bien a Dit reserves the right to refuse any donation:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">From sources contrary to our values (trafficking, illegal activities, exploitation, etc.).<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Combined with an expectation of compensation that compromises our ethics.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Whose origin or conditions of use could damage the NGO's reputation.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff5f6b;\">8.
